Both trainings run in-company, maximum 10 participants, fully in your language and context. They can be booked separately or combined into a two-part programme. Pricing is all-inclusive: preparation, delivery, and materials.

Included in every training: a preparation visit one week before the session. We visit your organisation to understand your daily work, recurring tasks and current tool landscape — so every use case and exercise on the day is directly relevant to your team.

Participants learn how to integrate AI into recurring work processes — not as isolated prompts, but as a real part of how work gets done. The focus is on the full workflow: inbox, meetings, documents, follow-up, and team routines.

EU AI Act · Art. 4

Training that satisfies your EU AI Act compliance obligation

Since 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act requires organisations to ensure an adequate level of AI literacy among employees who work with AI systems (Article 4). This is a legal obligation — not a recommendation.

Omexa training directly addresses this requirement. Every participant receives a certificate of completion as documented evidence of AI competency training — providing your organisation with a clear compliance record.
